1. Your preferred communication, like Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Email, or Discord.

- We only accept these platforms, so if you do not have access to any of these, then do not proceed to purchase.

2. Your available time and day, please include your time zone. Like, our Time Zone is CST.

- This will help us coordinate a schedule with you, but we can usually host for you to start your private session.

3. Your private session with the number of guest names.

- If you purchased a solo pack and you gain bad connection, then you're session will continuously reopen. Private sessions do not qualify for refunds unless the terrible connection occurred before the session started.

- If you purchased the guest pack, then please include everyones (including yours) in-game name and their island name.

Due to the increased chance of losing connection between many guests, there will be no refund if your session cannot withstand someones internet connection. For however long you purchased your session, we will reopen continously until the sesson time is over. So please be sure that you and your guests have reliable internet connection, because the downtime caused will cut into your session time.
